A day in winter got 10 people, struck in a house,each with a piece of firewood. A fire is running in the house. Soon the fire will go off. Everyone had a piece of firewood they can keep the fire going. But none give the wood to the fire. Soon, the fire went off and all of them died. If they had give their pieces of wood , None will have died, but all does not will to share.

How to share? All the better player can share their experience of the game to the least experience to improve the club. Thus will you contribute to the piece of wood to the club?
